Code Exteriors installed Maibec CanExcel Engineered Siding in a classic dutch lap style with a wood grain finish in white with black trim around the windows and doors and Fusion Stone in Carbon to create a dramatic look . Average Joe ' s Roofing installed BP Canada ' s Manoir collection in Bavaria color on the roof to finish the look .
As you enter the home , you are greeted with a beautiful open floor plan that is flooded with natural light from our Berdick Windows and Doors . The front entry door is a custom door in black with a large window that reflects light from our light and airy color palette in the main area . As we worked with their team on designing and manufacturing our black windows with grills , we knew we wanted to also add a large garden door off the dining room to bring in lots of natural light . The garden door leads to our deck overlooking the backyard where we enjoy our morning coffees . On the deck , Joe and his team from Access Framing installed CanWel ' s MoistureShield Composite Decking with CoolDeck technology to make sure that our deck doesn ' t get too hot to walk on during hot summer days . We created a diamond shape for visual interest by mixing the colors Catalina and Citadel .
Inside the home , we chose a light and airy color scheme using BEHR ® Canada MARQUEE ® Interior Paints which offers total transformation in just one coat ! We knew we wanted to keep the furnishing neutral so that the textures and finishes of the space would shine . We started by visiting Curtis Carpets and chose a SHAW Floors LVP plank for a " wood look " that was installed in the kitchen , living room and dining area , while we saved on cost by choosing a warmer carpet in the bedrooms and upstairs family room and a timeless LVP in Sierra White that creates a faux marble look for both our bathrooms .
