SNOWMAN BOW
Step 1 Create a white bow following steps 2-8 in the Santa’ s Belt Bow tutorial).
Step 2 Now for the snowman’ s accessories! Let’ s start with the carrot nose. Roll a small amount of orange fondant into a ball, then shape it into a small, fat sausage. Use your pointer finger to roll one side thinner to taper it into a carrot shape. Check the size against your bow and adjust as needed by adding or removing fondant.
Step 3 Use your dresden tool or palette knife to create line indentations along the carrot, then set aside to dry.
Step 4 Next let’ s make the top hat. Roll out a thick piece of black fondant to about 20- 25mm thick and use the smaller circle cutter to cut out the top of the hat.
Step 5 Next, roll out another piece of fondant to 2mm thick and use the larger circle cutter to cut out the brim. Brush a little water to the centre of the brim and stack the pieces together to form the top hat. Set it aside to completely dry.
