Step 6 For the bow knot, cut out a strip of white fondant, approx 15mm wide by 60mm long and glue it around the centre of your bow, ensuring it’ s secured at the back and sitting flat( refer to steps 7-8 in Santa ' s Belt Bow for a more in-depth explanation).
Step 7
Now for the holly! Roll out a small amount of dark green fondant to 3mm thick. Use your holly cutter to cut out the leaves and set them aside to dry. To create the berries, roll 3 small balls of red fondant in the palm of your hand, then use a tiny dab of water to attach them onto the holly leaves.
Step 8 Once the holly is dry and firm, apply a small amount of water to the back and secure it in place to the centre of the bow. Your Pudding Bow is now complete!
