Step 6 To add a ribbon around the hat, roll out a small amount of red fondant around 1mm thick, then freehand a strip that’ s approx 4mm wide. Lightly brush the back of the red strip with water and wrap it around the base of the hat, trimming off any excess.
Step 7 To assemble, brush a small amount of water to the back of the carrot and glue it to the centre of the bow( I angled the carrot so it pointed to the top right of the bow). Then attach the hat with a small dab of water and position wherever it fits best Your Snowman bow is now done!

Step 1 Use your brown fondant and bow template to cut out a fondant bow cut-out( follow steps 2-5 in the Santa’ s Belt Bow tutorial).
Step 2 Flip your fondant so the good side is now facing down. Using a small brush, dab a little water onto the centre. Bring each side of the bow into the middle and press gently to secure. Set this piece aside to dry firm.
