We all know the pain of worrying about a big test , sometimes its Maths , other times it could be English or Science or possibly even Geography but , in this article , we will show you how to reduce anxiety or stress .
Get sleep the night before . While studying will make a difference in your score , sleep is crucial as well . Good sleep improves thinking and concentration considering . You need the nutrients you get from food as well to keep in order to keep functioning correctly . What you eat affects how you feel .
Deep breathing is a useful relaxation technique which takes roughly 4 seconds to do . It is helpful for lowering your heart rate and decreasing any possible anxiety like that you don ' t know as much as your peers , or that you won ' t do as well as everybody else .
It ' s also important to Plan and Organize to Ensure you have all the essential resources .
Pressure from other people around exams can be difficult . This can be hard to deal with , especially from your family and friends .
So , to help that , consider if this exam will define your future . Keep in mind that some tests are more important than others .
