If you need any further help or advice with anything
contained in this booklet, please contact SYPA
Headquarters or one of the District Offices.
The Headquarters and District Officers are open for
personal visits 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to
Thursday and 9.00am to 4.30pm on Fridays. Personal
visits outside these times are possible with prior
arrangement with the Headquarters’ staff member or
Pensions Service Manager concerned.
In addition, a comprehensive advisory service on
pension matters is provided by the Authority at the
following District Offices. Appointments can be made
by telephoning the numbers shown.
