9 Future Enquiries, Disputes and Appeals Changes in circumstances After your pension comes into payment, you may change your address or want to change your banking arrangements. To register for the PPS or amend your password, complete Section 8 of the Beneficiary’s Form. Disputes and Appeals Appeals against any decisions made by SYPA in calculating the Dependants’ Benefits and/or Death Grant should be made in writing within 6 months of that decision.
