A major recladding programme is being planned at Admiralty Quarter in Portsmouth, with works intended to replace external wall materials as part of a comprehensive fire safety remediation programme for the landmark residential development.
Plans are progressing for a significant recladding project at Admiralty Quarter, one of Portsmouth’ s most recognisable residential developments. The proposed works form part of a wider programme of fire safety improvements designed to bring the 22-storey waterfront complex into line with current building safety requirements following detailed investigations into its external wall construction.
