Aspen Build is progressing work on the Coast Road residential development in Bacton, Norfolk, delivering a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership homes designed around low-carbon construction methods and modern housing standards.
Construction is advancing at the Coast Road development in Bacton, north Norfolk, where Aspen Build has been appointed principal contractor on a new residential scheme known as St Andrew’ s Meadow. The project is being delivered for Flagship Homes and will provide 47 new homes close to the north Norfolk coastline.
Located on a 2.8-hectare site between the village hall and Coast Road, the development has been designed to address demand for affordable housing within the rural coastal community. The scheme includes 28 homes for affordable rent and 19 shared ownership properties, creating a mixed tenure development intended to support a range of local housing needs.
The affordable rent homes will be managed by Victory Homes, part of Bromford Flagship, and allocated through the local housing register. The shared ownership homes are aimed at residents seeking an alternative route onto the housing ladder through lower deposit requirements and part-rent arrangements.
