83 works, with steelwork installation underway as the building frame begins to take shape.
The project has an estimated construction value of approximately £ 16 million. Delivery includes the coordination of civil engineering, structural works, landscaping and building services to create a contemporary education environment capable of supporting future expansion if required.
Future planning for the site also includes provision for a potential four-classroom extension, currently anticipated for 2033 / 34 subject to future pupil roll projections. This approach allows the school campus to respond flexibly to long-term community growth within the South Stirling Gateway development.
The school is currently expected to reach completion by late summer 2026. Until the new facility becomes operational, pupils from the development area will continue to attend Bannockburn Primary School.
Corbiewood Primary School represents a significant investment in education infrastructure within Stirling, combining sustainable design principles with longterm planning for community growth. The project also highlights the increasing integration of school development with wider housing and regeneration programmes across Scotland.
F Brown provides a comprehensive interior fit out package including suspended ceilings, linings and metal stud partitions.
