Planning documents associated with the project also show enhancements to site access arrangements, boundary treatments and external circulation routes. New fencing, paving works and infrastructure upgrades are being delivered alongside the main construction programme to improve the wider campus environment.
Delivering a major redevelopment within an operational educational environment requires careful planning and stakeholder coordination.
