Message from Chargé D ' affaires
It is my great pleasure to welcome you all for the second time to our amazing and beautiful University of Chittagong. I’ m deeply honored to present to you Chittagong University Model United Nations 2016 which will be held exclusively in our beloved university.
Those of you who’ ve had the opportunity to attend our first MUN will know how much we’ ve worked for it and the result was a widely successful MUN. This time around I’ m pleased to announce that it will be bigger, better and even more amazing. Our secretariat and officers worked for so long and hard to make the conference legendary. And I’ m sure it will be so.
The theme of CUMUN 2016 is“ Uphold Humanity, Save Refugees” has been selected because we believe that the current situation of this world needs to be discussed by our young and more academically inclined generation. I personally hope all our eight committees will be able to come up with a great draft resolution and all in all we will get a wonderful resolution. So let us get busy and have fun in our action-packed Model United Nation with debates and chits!
