In addition , we offer supplemental coverages through an insurance partner including accident , medical bridge , critical illness , and other options . You are eligible to participate on the first of the month after 30 days of employment .
Healthcare Beckwood offers managed care plans through leading insurance carriers . Our premiums are some of the most competitive in the area , and you pay them on a pre-tax basis .

Our plans cover comprehensive medical services , including :
• Doctor and hospital visits , including maternity and well-baby care

Vision Our vision plan provides quality eye care including exams with dilation . Allowances for frames , lenses , and contacts are available for a co-pay .
Dental Our dental plan provides preventive dental care including bi-annual cleanings . Fillings , crowns , orthodontia , and other dental services are covered based on deductibles , coinsurance , and plan limits .
Sick Time Sick time is granted on on July 1st of each year at the following rate :
• All YoS : 40 Hours “ Call off Time ”
• 1 Year : 16 of 40 hours paid
• 3 Years : 24 of 40 hours paid
• 5 years : 32 of 40 hours paid
• 10 years : 40 of 40 hours paid
You can carry up to 48 hours of sick time .
