Committees are some of the most influential forces in our organization because they foster teamwork , bring diverse ideas together , and further our mission to make Beckwood a great place to work . Our list of committees is always growing , so you ’ re sure to find one that fits with your talents .
Praise Program : To foster a culture of gratitude and recognize our wins , we send “ Praise !” awards through the All Employees channel on Teams . Both givers and receivers of Praise ! awards will be entered to win quarterly prizes .
Safety Committee : Brings staff and management together to promote safe work habits . This team meets twice monthly to develop ideas and strategies that prevent injury and illness on the job , increase awareness , and improve the conditions of our work environment .
Beckwood CAREs : Positively impacts company culture by planning and executing events and initiatives that celebrate our workforce , support our community , and improve our teamwork . This group meets monthly or as needed leading up to an event .
