EXECUTIVE CHEF

The Executive Chef is responsible for delivering the finest cuisine and ensuring a positive culinary experience at every meal by managing the entire kitchen staff . A “ hands-on ” and challenging position , the Executive Chef will be involved with every dish served to our passengers , from general planning to presentation . Executive Chefs use the highest quality of ingredients to maintain consistency across our fleet and work with the home office to build inspiring menus .
We are seeking those who possess excellent leadership and management skills to use when directing , coaching , supporting , supervising , and evaluating the performance of all kitchen staff . Onboard galleys are new and well-equipped , providing the ideal culinary work environment .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees the preparation of all the meals for our passengers .
Directs , coaches , supports , supervises , and evaluates kitchen staff performance .
Maintains food inventory and accurate counts on all food items .
