TRAINING

We make it a priority to prepare all new hires through our extensive training program for their role before going to a vessel . Shoreside training will take place at our brand-new training facility in Salt Lake City , UT . Training is approximately 1 to 2 weeks in length depending on the position .
Conducted in a traditional classroom setting , our training is a combination of lectures and hands-on instruction . Following shoreside training , managers will transition to shipboard training where you typically shadow the current managers with additional guidance from the Culinary Operations leadership team .
