Each 45k / 90k / 135k rider does their best to raise R6k . If you do , you get a limited edition Cow racing suit . Each 180k team pays R10,000 entry fee . No refunds . Each 180k team does their best to raise R100,000 for CHOC . All rider names , suit sizing and sponsors are needed for suits by 5 September 2021 . All normal cycling rules apply . All normal road rules apply . All normal Covid Rules apply . This is not a closed ride . It ’ s a training ride . Beware of other cyclists , cars and pedestrians . Safety first . Be careful . Each rider should be responsible for themselves . No drafting other teams . Staggered start times allocated on quality of team riders . Team finish time is the time of their last rider . Riders consent to Cows using all photographic or video material pertaining to their participation in the C & B or any other Cow event at any time in the present or future . Pushing is allowed . Towing not allowed . Ride single file where appropriate ( bridges , circles , corners , overtaking , etc ). TT bikes not allowed unless with express consent from the judges . E-bikes permitted and not frowned upon . Anyone abandoning the race needs to inform their captain . Captain to inform Race Director . Judges have the final say in the tally of points and allocation of awards . No appeals permitted .

3 . Clocking In Race Director clocks in all teams at START , HALF WAY & FINISH .
4 . Sanction For The Contravention Of The Rules 4.1 4.2
No Douch Bags allowed Every cyclist who does anything which falls into the category as a Douche Bag ( as decreed by the Race Director ) will be fined accordingly at the Awards .
