The Course is a 45km lap starting and ending at Valverde :
• Turn right out of Valverde
• Traffic circle left
• Past Lion Park to Sterkfontein Caves Road
• Turn right and proceed to end of Caves Road
• Turn around at Coffee Stop
• Head back towards Main Road & turn left towards Lion Park Circle
• Right turn at circle up to Bidon Bistro
• Over the traffic circle past Kloofzicht
• Up Leg Burner Hill
• Left onto Beyers and back to Valverde
