All riders acknowledge that although all precautions have been taken by The Cows ® , The Cows committee and CHOC (“ the Parties ”) to ensure the safety of all participants , and that I amfamiliar with the risks associated with bicycle and group riding , there may be dangers inherent in participation in the C & B event (“ Event ”) and activities related thereto . I confirm that I am a fit and healthy individual , without any injury , and see no reason why I should not be able to complete the Event . I confirm that riding as one of The Cows is not about speed or position , but about the journey and about LOVE LIVING LIFE™ . I confirm that I shall not do anything which makes me look like , or confirms that I am in fact , a douche bag . Douche bags are reckless , endanger others , take unnecessary risks , go too fast when it is not safe to do so , do not care about their team mates or anyone else and are only in it for the spoils of victory . The Cow Rider voluntarily assumes the risks of attendance at and participation in the Event and hereby waives all claims of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising in relation to the Event or otherwise against the Parties . The Cow Rider hereby irrevocably indemnifies and holdharmless the Parties against any liability and claims of any nature whatsoever and howsoeverarising ( whether directly or indirectly caused and whether arising from negligence , albeit gross , or from the participation or involvement in or passage to or from the Event or otherwise ) including but not limited to liability for delay , inconvenience , accident , death , injury , illness to their person , or loss or damage to property or costs and expenses sustained , incurred or put to by the Cow Rider and / or by any minor children under the care or control of Cow Rider .

You provide us with your consent that we may collect , use and share your personal information on the basis and with the people as described below . You , or the person who has entered you , are only source where we get your information from . The information shall be used for the purpose of communicating with you about this race and any other similar COW event that we are involved in and to send you promotional material from the sponsors of the event you participate in . You agree that we may share your personal information with further necessary parties in order to run the event . We may give your medical information to any emergency or health professional attending to you on event day for purposes of giving you medical treatment and care . We will not give your information to anyone
else unless you have expressly consented thereto . You confirm that any photographs taken of the Rider in association with the event , including the Rider ’ s name , image , likeness and figure , may be used across all media types in advertising and promoting The Cows and or The Cow & Belle Race or any other event organised by The Cows .
