The ESOL programme offers adult learners a range of options to develop the language skills needed to live , study and work in Ireland . Courses are aligned with the Common Framework Reference for Languages ( CEFRL ) and QQI certification is available at some levels . Classes are specifically aimed at Migrant Workers , Asylum Seekers and Refugees . ESOL learners are invited to attend for registration and to complete a short assessment of their English Language skills . They will then be offered a place on a class which best suits their learning needs .: Beginners , Intensive , Improvers & Level 4
