Classes are for adults aged 16 and over , who are not in full-time education Classes are free and available daytime or evening Tuition can be on a one-to-one basis or in small groups All classes are held in a confidential and supportive environment Participants can learn at their own pace , in a friendly , informal atmosphere Information and guidance on further education and training opportunities is available through the Adult Guidance Service Enrolment takes place anytime throughout the year by contacting the centre

These programmes are designed to prepare learners for progression to certified courses at level 3 . Learning can be oneto-one or small group , depending on the circumstances / experience of participants .
Learners who complete this programme can achieve a QQI certified Level 2 major award in General Learning .
