ANY CHANGE TO THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOME REQUIRES BOTH NARC AND ACC APPROVAL
This Guideline pertains to interior window coverings only.
Obtain an application form from the Kings Ridge Management Office (CMO) located at the
clubhouse. Submit the application form with a copy of the guidelines, the product information
and placement, and any other pertinent information. See 1 c. below.
1.Window Coverings
a. All exterior windows shall have permanent interior coverings such as drapery, curtains,
or blinds of your choice.
b. No approval required by the ACC.
c.
Any other decorative covering including stained glass that is visible from the outside
requires filing an Architectural Application for Approval.
2. Applied Film
a. Tint shall be gray or charcoal color.
b. Tint properties: maximum solar reflectance 45%
c. Maintain applied film in good condition in perpetuity.
