Panels may be installed and/or shutter panels closed upon official National Weather Service announcement of a hurricane watch or warning (or similar severe storm event) and shall be removed or opened no later than 7 days following the storm. Should home occupant not be occupying home between June 1st and December 1st, occupant shall arrange for another person or party to comply with this paragraph. 10.
