6. Position system components on that portion of the roof furthest from the front yard. Solar
panels and related mounting materials may NOT extend or overhang beyond the
flat section of roof upon which they are being installed. Installation must match
exactly to the submitted layout plan.
7. All system components on the roof shall be black in its entirety, including panel edges.
Paint electrical conduits below the roofline the same color as the home.
8. Solar attic ventilation fans will only be approved if the built in solar collectors are
an integral design within the top of the unit and are parallel to roof slope when installed.
Separate attached solar panels for ventilators will not be approved.
9. Homeowner shall control the work and conduct of all contractors on the site.
10. Homeowner shall immediately remedy any damage to the site and adjacent premises
caused by any contractor or worker. Failure to take such action in a timely manner will
be cause for the neighborhood association to correct said damage at homeowner’s
expense.
11. Neither the Kings Ridge Community Association, Inc. nor the neighborhood association
shall have or shall assume any responsibility for maintenance or warranty for all
associated equipment, and modifications to the existing home and site.
