The contractor must remove all debris from the premises daily and pick up from the site and deposit it in a properly designated waste container. This includes but is not limited to nails and fasteners. The waste containers may be placed on the home site lawn or driveway; (“Call 811” compliant must be completed prior to placement of container on property). All utilities and irrigation system must be properly flagged and located prior to the placement of any heavy objects on the home site lawn or driveway and before the commencement of any improvement work takes place. 8. In the event of a complete or partial roof substructure replacement, the new roof substructure shall conform to the existing roof slope and outline including eave and rake overhangs. Contractor shall ensure that all substructure replacements meet with the most current edition of the Florida Building Code (Residential, Chapter 9, Roof Assemblies) along with any Amendments and Supplements to that portion of the code. 9. Homeowner shall notify adjacent and nearby property owners of the proposed improvement and the nature of the work and shall use all means necessary to protect those adjacent and nearby properties and their owners from any damages or annoyance and shall control the work and conduct of all contractors on the site. 10. Homeowner shall immediately remedy any damage to the site and adjacent premises caused by any contractor or worker. The failure to take such action in a timely manner will be cause for the Neighborhood Association to correct said damage at homeowner’s expense. 11. Neither the Kings Ridge Community Association, Inc., nor the Neighborhood Association shall in any way assume responsibility for maintenance or warranty and modifications to existing home and home site.
