6. Solar screens attached to the exterior of the home to reduce the sun’s heat and glare are
permitted with approval of the NARC and ACC.


The screening must be black.
Current window design including appearance with dividers must be preserved.
7. Homeowner shall maintain all devices in good condition in perpetuity.
8. Neither the Kings Ridge Community Association, Inc. nor the neighborhood association
shall have or shall assume any responsibility for maintenance or warranty for solar shade,
awnings or screen devices and modifications to the existing home and site.
