HOUSE COLOR SCHEMES 2.9
3. Changing Color of Home:
a) Changing the house color to a different color scheme is permitted. The homeowner
must choose from the color selection in paragraphs numbered 1 (one) or 2(two), in the
color schemes noted above.
b) The new color scheme selected may not be the same as the houses on either side of
the house. Exception: The homeowner may choose the alternate selection in series
KR-1 through KR-26 (body and trim color reversed) in the same numbered series. The
color scheme chosen may not have the same body color as the house on
either side.
c) The new house color scheme shall visually blend with the color of the painted driveway
surface, paver driveway, and walkway colors.
*NOTE: Upon completion of the neighborhood scheduled painting cycle a document indicating
the house body color, trim, garage and door chosen for each address will be submitted
to the Kings Ridge Community Management Office (CMO). This information will be filed
in a book by neighborhood and kept at the Community Management Office.
The homeowner may obtain a paint sample from the Sherwin Williams store in Clermont by
providing the Sherwin Williams name and color number from the numbered scheme. The
Community Management Office (CMO) holds a book of paint selections for your viewing.
