b) All Storm Doors: Doorframe and door shall be aluminum or vinyl painted white,
or the same color as the front door, from the color scheme chosen.

Screen Doors: Attached to porch screening/screened enclosure: Doorframe and
door shall be aluminum or vinyl painted WHITE ONLY.
d) Side Coiling, Retractable Type Screen Door: Without bars or kick plates may
be painted white, or the same color as the door, from the color scheme chosen.
e) Rear Door: The homeowner may elect to paint the rear door the trim color, the
body color, or select one of the door choices from the color scheme chosen.
2. Color Schemes KR-27 through KR-38
This series has one body color, one trim color, and two door colors to choose from. The
body color may not be the same as the house on either side . Homeowner must
adhere to the color numbered scheme chosen. Color schemes cannot be intermingled.
a) Front Door: The homeowner may elect to paint the front door (including side
lights, the trim around and above the door, and the window above the door), the
trim color, or select one of the door choices, from the color scheme chosen.
