HOUSE COLOR SCHEMES 2.9
ANY CHANGE TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOME REQUIRES BOTH NARC AND ACC APPROVAL
Only the approved Kings Ridge Color schemes may be applied. No other paint scheme or
colors may be substituted.
WHEN CHOOSING A PAINT SCHEME, KEEP IN MIND THE BODY COLOR MAY NOT BE THE
SAME COLOR AS THE HOUSES ON EITHER SIDE OF THE HOUSE.
IF A HOMEOWNER IS PAINTING THE HOME OUTSIDE OF THE REGULAR PAINT CYCLE THE
FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR A KINGS RIDGE ACC APPLICATION FOR
APPROVAL.
a. Obtain an application form from the Kings Ridge Community Management Office
(CMO) located at the clubhouse.
b. Provide a list of Sherwin Williams paint color numbers chosen for body, trim, and doors
(including garage door) of the proposed color scheme found in the Kings Ridge House
Color Book.
c. Submit the completed Kings Ridge ACC application for Approval form with all the
required information listed above, and a copy of the guideline to the Community
Management Office (CMO), for approval of by both the NARC and the ACC.
Do not start any improvement or changes prior to approval .

General Requirements:
The available color schemes include: KR-1 through KR-38
1. Color Schemes KR-1 through KR-26
This series include Selection A and Selection B. The homeowner may choose either
Selection A or B (not both) from the numbered series. Each selection has one body color,
two trim colors, and two door colors. The homeowner may choose one trim color and one
door color. The body color may not be the same as the house on either side. The
homeowner must adhere to the color numbered scheme chosen. Color schemes cannot be
intermingled.
a) Front Door: The homeowner may elect to paint the front door including side
lights, the trim around and above the door, and the window trim above the door,
with the trim color, or select one of the door choices in the color scheme chosen.
