The following House Color Scheme is specific to Whitehall. Nothing in this guideline may be
changed without the approval of the Kings Ridge Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and
the Kings Ridge Board of Directors.
1. House Colors and sequence of palette will be chosen from the Kings Ridge color palette
Book.

2. All garage doors and all trim including the top of the connecting walls must be Sherwin
Williams white; (SW-6252) from the Kings Ridge color palette book.
3. The connecting walls and tops of the walls shall be the house body color that goes
beyond the house and stops at the neighbor’s gate; then, the next house body color will
begin on the wall and top of the wall.
4. All gates in the front connecting walls must remain white as installed.
