The flagpole may not be erected on the home site within required front, rear, and side yard easements, and not closer than 10 feet to home or any tree canopy, and set back at least five feet from all property lines. Flag should not strike the house or a tree or any other object when unfurled. 9. Provide mulched bed, concrete pad, or precast concrete pavers at base of pole not more than 3 feet in diameter or 3 feet square. 10. Homeowner must illuminate the flag according to the Florida Statues 720.304 specific to Home Owners Association. 11. The flagpole and display are subject to all building codes, zoning setbacks, and other applicable governmental regulations, including, but not limited to noise, and lighting ordinances, and all setback and locational criteria contained in the governing documents. 12. Do not start construction of any improvement, alteration, or addition to any existing structure, or make any site improvements or changes prior to approval. After approval by the ACC, obtain and pay for all permits that may be required by governmental authorities. Upon completion submit copies of all permits to the Community Office for filing with your Architectural Application.
