ANY CHANGE TO THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOME REQUIRES BOTH NARC AND ACC APPROVAL,
EXCEPT AS NOTED: This Guideline is divided into two sections for approval requirements.
Section one requires NARC and ACC approval. Section two depending on your neighborhood,
NARC approval may be required. (Check with your neighborhood) Regardless of the approval, all

SECTION ONE
NARC AND ACC APPROVAL REQUIRED
FLAGS ON AN IN-GROUND FLAGPOLE
The homeowner may display from an in-ground pole one (1) portable removable flag of the
official United States not larger than 4½ feet by 6 feet, and may add one (1) official flag of the
State of Florida or the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard of a
POW-MIA flag. The additional flag must be equal in size or smaller in size, and must be flown
below the United States flag.
THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE APPROVAL OF A KINGS RIDGE ACC
APPLICATION.
1. Obtain an application form from Kings Ridge Management Office (CMO) located at the
clubhouse.
2. Submit the application form with a copy of the guideline, a plot plan showing proposed
location for the installation of the flagpole. The product data with specifications on the
pole, and any other pertinent information. Provide pole foundation in accordance with
rules and regulations of governmental authorities having jurisdiction.
3. Return your completed application with all the required information listed in paragraph
number two (2) listed above.
4. Failure to provide the required information listed in paragraph # 2 above will result in your
application being returned or denied for insufficient information.
5. Call 811 before the start of any construction.
6. Only one in-ground flagpole is permitted.
7. Homeowner may erect a freestanding (removable) flagpole no more than 20 feet high
above ground and shall be of tapered design (3” to 2”) with top ball, cleats, trucks, and
flag snaps.
