A lack of accountability is often the result of unclear expectations, confusion around roles and responsibilities, skill gaps, or poor team communication. This two-day course teaches a step-by-step process for identifying and resolving performance gaps, strengthening accountability, and improving communication to eliminate inconsistencies in performance. You will learn how to diagnose the root cause of accountability issues and use that knowledge to address problems in a way that is proactive and motivating, and eliminates barriers to success. Real-life application of the skills is reinforced through videos, group discussions and skill practice.
Crucial Conversations is a prerequisite for this course, as the skills learned in Crucial Conversations are applied to discussions about violated expectations and the importance of clear communication to foster accountability at all levels of the team.
Each participant receives an e-copy of all of the material, including a copy of the best selling book Crucial Accountability.
