Crucial Conversations is a two-day course (3 hours per day) that teaches essential skills for creating alignment and agreement amongst team members by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional or risky topics. Learn the skills to:
- Speak more assertively
- Address difficult subjects
- Set appropriate boundaries
- Overcome communication barriers that exist around emotionally charged topics, such as:
Lack of trust with a colleague
Disagreement around high stakes issues
Office politics and hierarchy
- Help teams that are battling:
