Coaching for Peak Performance - 2 hours

What is coaching? What does a coach do? Can you be a good manager, but not be a coach? Learn why coaching is a critical skill for leading a team, and what it takes to be a great coach. This course covers the four coaching styles and explains, in depth, when and how to use each one. Also provided, is a model to help structure your coaching conversations that will help give you and your team member a clear path for moving forward.

Excelling in a Changing Environment - 2 hours

The only thing constant is change, and your work environment is changing now more than ever before. Being able to personally navigate change, and lead a team through change, is paramount for the success of your work. This course provides you with the fundamental understanding of the different phases that people experience during change, and what you can do to assist during each phase. Additionally, you will learn how each individual can react differently to change and how you can leverage those reactions to excel in a changing environment.

Leading Virtual Teams - 2 hours

Leading a virtual team has unique challenges. From communication, staying connected, leading productive virtual meetings, to knowing how to balance oversite and autonomy among your team members, you have a lot to consider to ensure your virtual team is successful. This course addresses these and other challenges of leading virtually. Practical tips and tools are provided, which can be implemented immediately for successfully leading your virtual team.
