With the sudden shift of having a remote workforce, we are re-learning how to communicate effectively with our teams. This course will focus on how to choose the best method of communication for your message, understanding the best way to communicate with your audience, and best practices for leading effective and productive virtual meetings.
Building Resilience - 2 hour

Nelson Mandela spoke these words, and in today's course we are going to explore how we get back when we are faced with everyday challenges. We will discover barriers to building resilience and reflect on how we can adopt a better, stronger approach to these challenges. By the end of this course, our hope is that you feel more empowered to address adversity.
Giving and Receiving Effective Feedback - 2 hours

Giving clear and constructive feedback is critical for improving performance, bolstering morale, helping people develop, ensuring staff retention, and ultimately, for getting the job done. This course will introduce Feedback Models and show how these models can be used to help others continue behaviors that are positively affecting the team, as well as help others to stop behaviors that are negatively affecting the team. This course will also provide information on how to solicit and receive feedback, without taking it personally.
