Connecting With Clients
2020 was difficult for many of you , and we can ’ t get through these hard times alone . Take a look around and see who is in your circle . Think about who handed you a shovel when you needed to dig yourself out . And think about who grabbed a shovel and worked alongside you . Those relationships – whether they be friends , advisors , peers or employees – will be what gets you through .
Our team has worked tirelessly to stand by your side , shovels in hand , and start digging . Our COVID-19 response team conducted more than 30 webinars last year to help you navigate through these uncertain times and more webinars are scheduled every month . We also helped a tremendous number of clients through the PPP application and loan forgiveness process .
We ’ re connecting in ways that you don ’ t even see , too . Behind-the-scenes , our client service teams meet regularly to talk about you , our clients . In implementing this COP strategy , we ’ ve noticed new levels of collaboration among our client service and specialty teams . And while we ’ ve always prided ourselves on our ability to provide a range of valuable strategic solutions , our COPs have elevated these efforts even further .
Lastly , in 2020 , we also deployed an online payment portal that gives you more options to pay your bill . In addition to paying by check , the portal also allows you to pay by credit card , ACH ( e-check ) or a payment plan . To learn more , visit www . reacpa . com / make-a-payment .

Many of our teams have gotten creative about how to connect with one another while we ’ re apart . From virtual happy hours and activities , to socially distant brown bag lunches or puppy play dates in the parking lot , our teams have come up with some pretty fun ways to stay in touch with each other and maintain strong working relationships and friendships .
Outside of these get-togethers , we are preparing to roll out a new human capital management system , which will improve the employee onboarding and overall expe-
