Spotlight on Wellbeing
We’re turning the spotlight on wellbeing this month; we’ve got a range of activities that you could take part in…
Webinar sessions
Did you attend our wellbeing webinars this month? Our Wellbeing Teaching Fellow Sarah Reynolds has arranged sessions with a range of wellbeing experts which included:
1. The Language of Friendship in which Dana Kerford from the URSTRONG programme talked about how you can support your students through the trials and conflicts of childhood and tweenhood friendships.
2. Oxygen Mask Matters with Stephen MacDonald from Kaya giving a talk about the importance of nurturing your own sense of self – by putting on your own oxygen mask before you look after others!
Both sessions include practical advice that we can all follow as teachers, parents and colleagues. Visit our wellbeing community to find links to all of our wellbeing webinars.
We also have wellbeing blogs, featuring two of our schools, which you can read here.
