The Confucius Institute at NC State
China Day at East Garner Magnet Middle School( Mar. 1)
One March 1 we had a China Culture Day at East Garner Magnet Middle School. We shared Chinese calligraphy, Chinese dumpling making, Chinese songs, and Chinese paper-cutting with over 400 6th graders. The principal was very supportive of this program and this school is applying for a Confucius Classroom. Students were very eager to learn about Chinese culture and their student media made a short video about the event that was shown in the local area.
3 月 1 日, 孔子学院北卡罗利市 East Garner 中学开展了一次中国日文化活动 。 大约 400 名学生参加了这个活动, 活动由 5 个项目组 成, 分别在 5 个场地进行: 学唱中文歌“ 蜗 牛与黄鹂鸟”; 学做中国剪纸; 学做包饺 子; 学写中国书法; 学习中国语言 。 学生 根据个人兴趣选择参加各种活动, 都表现 出极大的兴趣和热情, 整个活动过程期 间, 校园里弥漫着欢快的笑声 、 中文歌的 歌声 、 中文的话语声 。 学校的小记者还对 参加活动的同学和老师进行了采访, 并录 制录像 。 活动结束时, 同学们恋恋不舍, 纷纷向孔院老师表示, 希望能再次开展这 样的活动 。
On-line Chinese Program 推广网络孔子学院学习资源
The Confucius Institute Headquarters has a wonderful on-line Chinese resource www. chinese. cn Our CI has been responsible to sign up 500 people for this website. At all of our programs we share about this resource and we go to local school to share about this resource. So far we have over 200 students signed up and this is an on-going project.
为了向当地广大汉语学习者提供更好的学习 资源, 北卡州大孔子学院积极组织各种活 动, 深入到北卡州各地区大中小学及社区, 推广网络孔子学院, 向老师 、 学生 、 社区各 界人士介绍网络孔子学院网站上丰富多彩的 汉语语言文化资源 。 自今年 3 月份起, 目前已 有超过 200 人注册网络孔子学院 。 目前该活动 还在继续, 计划秋季开学前, 注册人数达 500 人 。
