SENIOR DECKHANDS
The Senior Deckhand position is ideal for someone working towards their Masters License and Mariners Credentials. Senior Deckhands have a high level of guest interaction and are expected to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You will work alongside the Captain and Mate to keep the ship operating smoothly and safely.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tender guests and crew between the ship and shore while at anchor.
Participate in steering the ship, as well as docking and anchoring maneuvers: handling lines, gangways, anchors, etc.
Perform various duties relating to navigation, maintenance, and handling of the ship.
Act as a mentor to our Deckhands.
