SENIOR DECKHANDS
The Senior Deckhand position is ideal for someone working towards their Masters License and Mariners Credentials . Senior Deckhands have a high level of guest interaction and are expected to demonstrate excellent customer service skills . You will work alongside the Captain and Mate to keep the ship operating smoothly and safely .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for tendering guests and crew between the ship and shore while at anchor .
Participate in steering the ship , as well as docking and anchoring maneuvers : handling lines , gangways , anchors , etc .
Perform various duties relating to navigation , maintenance , and handling of the ship .
Act as a mentor to our Deckhands .
