LEAD LINE & LINE COOK
Working in the kitchen, you will be an integral part of the culinary team, ensuring that the kitchen operations run smoothly and that the service provided to our guests is flawless. Our Line Cooks are involved with all aspects of food production during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with the Executive Chef to produce diversified menus for our guests based on the fresh ingredients available.
Respond quickly to guest requests and ensure follow through of service delivery.
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards of the galley, storage rooms, and galley crew rooms.
