Working in the kitchen , you will be an integral part of the culinary team , ensuring that the kitchen operations run smoothly and that the service provided to our guests is flawless . Our Line Cooks are involved with all aspects of food production during breakfast , lunch , and dinner .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with the Executive Chef to produce diversified menus for our guests based on the fresh ingredients available .
Produce high quality dishes that follow established menu choices .
Adhere to all guests ’ dietary requests .
