PASTRY CHEF
Our Pastry Chefs play a vital role in delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests. Within this position, the ability to lead baking and pastry operations is crucial.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee creativity and prepare all desserts, bread, pastries, cookies, etc. required for the vessel each day.
Schedule production of all baked goods to maintain an inventory of fresh baked goods at all times.
Prepare items in accordance with established procedures, recipes, portion size, and presentation standards.
