Our Pastry Chefs play a vital role in delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests . Within this position , the ability to lead baking and pastry operations is crucial .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee creativity and prepare all desserts , bread , pastries , cookies , etc . required for the vessel each day .
Schedule production of all baked goods to maintain an inventory of fresh baked goods at all times .
Prepare items in accordance with established procedures , recipes , portion size , and presentation standards .
