FULL-TIME
EXECUTIVE CHEF
A “ hands-on ” and challenging position , the Executive Chef will be involved with every dish served to our guests , using the highest quality of ingredients to maintain consistency across our fleet .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the preparation of all the meals for our guests .
Work in direct contact with other culinary team members to keep track of product shortages and equipment maintenance issues .
Direct , coach , support , supervise , and evaluate performance .
Organize and maintain order so that kitchen processes run efficiently .
