FULL-TIME
EXECUTIVE CHEF
A“ hands-on” and challenging position, the Executive Chef will be involved with every dish served to our guests, using the highest quality of ingredients to maintain consistency across our fleet.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the preparation of all the meals for our guests.
Work in direct contact with other culinary team members to keep track of product shortages and equipment maintenance issues.
Direct, coach, support, supervise, and evaluate performance.
Organize and maintain order so that kitchen processes run efficiently.
