CRUISE DIRECTOR
The Cruise Director is the most visible advocate for guests and is responsible for creating a fun atmosphere on board . This leadership role requires an energetic , creative , and talented individual with previous cruise / resort experience , extraordinarily polished presentation skills , a collaborative approach , team spirit , and a passion for guest satisfaction .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute engaging on board entertainment , enrichment , and activity programs that enhance and elevate the guest experience .
Effectively communicate to guests via the shipboard daily program , television , stage , public address system , and one-on-one interaction and socialization .
Ensure lounges are prepared for activities , events , presentations , and shows .
Perform bartending duties as needed with other management personnel .
EXCURSIONS DIRECTOR
The Excursions Director is responsible for engaging guests in each destination and acts as a brand ambassador and representative on excursions .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Confirm and adjust , as necessary , all shore excursions , explorations , adventures , and transfers .
Coordinate , communicate , and confirm all logistics with vendors , coach companies , and ground operators to ensure timely and smooth service .
Accommodate guest requests , including highly personalized ones such as kayaking , golf tee times , and private transportation arrangements .
Oversee excursion inventory and invoicing system .
Perform bartending duties as needed with other management personnel .
CRUISE & EXCURSIONS DIRECTOR
We also offer a hybrid role responsible for engaging guests both aboard and ashore performing a mix of both Cruise Director and Excursions Director duties .
