CRUISE DIRECTOR
The Cruise Director is the most visible advocate for guests and is responsible for creating a fun atmosphere on board. This leadership role requires an energetic, creative, and talented individual with previous cruise / resort experience, extraordinarily polished presentation skills, a collaborative approach, team spirit, and a passion for guest satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute engaging on board entertainment, enrichment, and activity programs that enhance and elevate the guest experience.
Effectively communicate to guests via the shipboard daily program, television, stage, public address system, and one-on-one interaction and socialization.
Ensure lounges are prepared for activities, events, presentations, and shows.
Perform bartending duties as needed with other management personnel.
EXCURSIONS DIRECTOR
The Excursions Director is responsible for engaging guests in each destination and acts as a brand ambassador and representative on excursions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Confirm and adjust, as necessary, all shore excursions, explorations, adventures, and transfers.
Coordinate, communicate, and confirm all logistics with vendors, coach companies, and ground operators to ensure timely and smooth service.
Accommodate guest requests, including highly personalized ones such as kayaking, golf tee times, and private transportation arrangements.
Oversee excursion inventory and invoicing system.
Perform bartending duties as needed with other management personnel.
CRUISE & EXCURSIONS DIRECTOR
We also offer a hybrid role responsible for engaging guests both aboard and ashore performing a mix of both Cruise Director and Excursions Director duties.
