RESTAURANT MANAGER
The Restaurant Manager supervises the daily restaurant and room service operations . Overall dining room guest satisfaction is each Restaurant Manager ’ s responsibility and a critical measure of success .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise the Dining Stewards during meal services , cocktail hour , room service , evening entertainment , and late night duties .
Oversee meal service and culinary expediting , with special attention to food quality , presentation , service quality , and timeliness .
Ensure safe food handling practices in accordance with FDA regulations and American Cruise Lines ’ standards .
Perform bartending duties as needed with other management personnel .
HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our ship ’ s cleanliness , maintaining brand standards , and exceeding guest expectations in the staterooms . They lend support as needed and provide clear direction for the Housekeepers , while coaching and mentoring .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and monitor cleanliness standards of performance for all housekeepers .
Regularly clean , organize , sanitize , and maintain all areas of the ship .
Inventory supplies and place orders in a timely manner .
Perform bartending duties as needed with other management personnel .
