ASSISTANT HOTEL MANAGER
The Assistant Hotel Manager is responsible for ensuring the consistent execution of company policies and service standards. You have responsibilities in dining, housekeeping, shore excursions, on board enrichment, guest services, crew morale, and training.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise the Housekeeping Manager and Guest Service Coordinator, at the direction of the Hotel General Manager.
Respond quickly to guest requests and ensures follow through of service delivery.
Assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, cocktail hour, and onboard events.
Oversee crew orientation, training, scheduling, crew appearance, uniform standards, discipline, and crew morale.
Perform bartending duties as needed with other management personnel.
