HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER
The Hotel General Manager is the senior-most hotel officer on the ship and oversees the hotel and food service teams , while ensuring our guests are provided with the highest level of service in a clean and safe environment . The entire Hotel Department will report directly to you as we travel the rivers and waterways of the country . You set the tone on board and must create a positive atmosphere that motivates everyone working for you .
RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee Hotel and Culinary Departments to ensure that an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to guests .
Continuously improve the daily performance of the shipboard team through routine training programs .
Provide a positive guest experience through quality , safety , and strong customer service .
Perform bartending duties as needed with other management personnel .
