COMPENSATION
TEMPORARY 28-WEEK EMPLOYMENT
Temporary crew members length of employment is limited to a maximum of 28 weeks from the first day of employment. Employees may take up to 3 weeks of unpaid leave during the 28 weeks. All crew members are expected to work 7 days per week while on board and typically work about 12 hours per day.
Servers, Housekeepers, and Dishwashers are paid by the hour and are paid at an overtime rate of 1.5 times normal hourly rate. Deckhands are paid a daily rate. Employees are eligible for pay rate increases following their 30, 60, and 90 day merit evaluations. Temporary crew who successfully complete 25 weeks on board are eligible for a nondiscretionary bonus.
