COMPENSATION
TEMPORARY 28-WEEK EMPLOYMENT
Temporary crew members length of employment is limited to a maximum of 28 weeks from the first day of employment . Employees may take up to 3 weeks of unpaid leave during the 28-weeks . There is no expectation of continued employment beyond 28-weeks . All crew members are expected to work 7 days per week while on board and typically work about 12 hours per day .
Servers , Housekeepers , and Dishwashers are paid by the hour and are paid at an overtime rate of 1.5 times normal hourly rate . Deckhands are paid a daily rate . Employees are eligible for pay rate increases following their 30 , 60 , and 90 day merit evaluations . Temporary crew who successfully complete 25 weeks on board are eligible for a nondiscretionary bonus .
